Overview

Dynamics 365 and Power Platform depend on a core data platform that manages business data, transactions, security, extensibility and application lifecycle at enterprise scale. As customers modernize applications and adopt AI, the platform keeps data governed, available and economically sustainable, with the controls enterprise business systems require.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the administrator experience and self-service workflows on the shared Dataverse + Finance & Operations platform team. You will independently set the strategy and roadmap for experiences that make environments easier to understand, manage and trust, translating platform governance policies into clear administrator controls and actionable workflows. Through customer discovery, evidence-led prioritization and close engineering partnership, you will deliver measurable improvements in service awareness, administrator control and self-service, strengthening the application foundation that connected experiences depend on.

This Hyderabad-based role offers meaningful product ownership at an important point in the evolution of enterprise applications: improving the administration and governance experiences that help customers operate mission-critical applications (such as their ERP) and provide dependable foundations for business applications, analytics, and AI. You will work closely with engineering, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform teams, administrators, customers, and partner teams to turn operational needs into clear product priorities and measurable customer outcomes. The role is well suited to a product leader who enjoys understanding complex customer problems, shaping a focused roadmap, and making enterprise platforms easier to manage and trust.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the F&O administrator experience and self-service workflows, grounded in user research, service signals and support insight.

Define the experience for understanding service health, data and environment status, and the actions available to keep business operations dependable.

Translate platform governance policies into administrator controls and lifecycle workflows that help customers understand usage, apply policies and manage their data with appropriate visibility and control.

Set product requirements for availability, performance, observability, compatibility, administrator control and successful task completion.

Use customer discovery, support insight and product evidence to identify administrator needs and prioritize reusable platform improvements with engineering.

Make management and environment governance clearer and more proactive, helping administrators resolve needs and manage their environments with confidence and self-service.

Partner with Dataverse, application and agent teams so reliable F&O operations and supported business data or actions can contribute to connected experiences as capabilities evolve.

Define and review measures such as task success, service understanding, policy completion, successful self-service, customer effort and avoidable support demand; use results to refine the roadmap.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in product, service or program management or software development, or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

2+ years of experience taking a product, feature, or customer experience from discovery and design through launch, including an internal tool or framework.

4+ years of experience improving an in-market product or experience using customer and product measures such as adoption, task success, usage, retention, or reduced support effort.

Experience with enterprise SaaS, ERP, cloud platforms, or administrator-facing products.

Familiarity with service telemetry, diagnostics, capacity or performance, and environment lifecycle concepts.

Experience simplifying technically complex workflows for administrators or support teams.

Experience with AI-assisted workflows or responsible automation, and the communication and influence to align engineering and partner teams.
