•Translate customer, market, and fundraising insights into a prioritized product roadmap that delivers measurable business and customer outcomes.
•Lead multiple product initiatives from concept and experimentation through validation, launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
•Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and use data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve customer experiences.
•Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
•Manage and prioritize product backlogs to balance immediate customer needs with long-term innovation goals and platform growth.
•Collaborate across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful execution.
•Champion AI-enabled ways of working that improve product development efficiency, customer outcomes, and innovation velocity.
What you'll bring:
•5+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or digital products.
•Knowledge of product lifecycle management and digital marketing technologies, including customer engagement, campaign management, analytics, and fundraising-focused solutions.
•Understanding of product discovery, experimentation, prioritization frameworks, and iterative development methodologies used to scale successful products.
•Experience defining product requirements, managing roadmaps and backlogs, and partnering with engineering teams to deliver customer-facing capabilities.
•Technical fluency with AI-powered solutions, data analytics, and modern product development tools used to drive decision-making and accelerate delivery.
•Proven success launching, optimizing, and scaling products while using performance metrics and customer insights to guide strategy and execution.
•Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating effectively with customers, senior leaders, and external partners.
•Passion for solving complex customer challenges and delivering intuitive, high-quality experiences that help organizations drive greater social impact.
