As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a Senior Partner Manager to strengthen our strategic partner ecosystem and drive business growth through high-impact technology alliances.

Role Overview

As a Senior Partner Manager, you will own and grow strategic technology and platform partnerships that contribute to Conversive's global growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end partner lifecycle—from onboarding and integration to partner enablement, joint go-to-market execution, and revenue generation. This role requires someone who can build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and create scalable partnerships that deliver business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow strategic partnerships with Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft, Talkdesk, Vonage, and other ecosystem partners.

Develop and execute joint business and GTM plans to drive partner-led pipeline and revenue.

Build and manage executive relationships with partner stakeholders.

Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, and partner mobilization.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and PR teams on partner strategies, product launches, announcements, campaigns, webinars, and events.

Drive partner enablement through training, certifications, product demonstrations, and sales readiness programs.

Manage partner-generated opportunities and support the complete sales lifecycle.

Track partner performance through pipeline reviews, business reviews, revenue metrics, and success KPIs.

Identify new partnership opportunities, product integrations, and joint innovation initiatives.

Represent Conversive at partner events, conferences, and industry forums.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

6–8 years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Strategic Partnerships within a B2B SaaS or technology organization.

Demonstrated experience managing global technology or platform partnerships.

Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, Customer Engagement platforms, CPaaS, Conversational AI, or Enterprise SaaS solutions.

Proven track record of driving partner-led revenue and executing successful GTM initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

Strong analytical skills with experience managing partner pipelines, forecasts, and business reviews.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing partnerships within Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft, AWS, Talkdesk, CPaaS, Customer Engagement, Contact Center, AI, or Conversational Technology ecosystems.

Exposure to global partner programs and international business development.

Candidates with a valid US visa and prior international travel experience will be preferred.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, partner portals, and sales enablement tools.
