Senior Manager - Youtube Operations

Experience: 5 Years and above

You should be someone who:

→ Understands what makes a YouTube video click — and why it doesn’t.

→ Lives and breathes social media trends across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, Quora, Telegram and beyond.

→ Can manage, mentor and push people to do their best work.

→ Is equally comfortable discussing content, creators, processes, numbers and execution.

→ Can bring structure to chaos without killing creativity.

→ Has an entrepreneurial mindset — sees a problem and thinks, “I’ll figure it out.”

→ Has the energy and hunger to build, experiment, learn and stretch when the job demands it.

EdTech experience is strongly preferred , especially if you’ve worked closely with teachers, educators or content creators.
