ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Graphic Design with 6–8 years of experience and strong team-handling skills to lead our creative efforts across brand, marketing, and growth. You’ll be responsible for shaping POP’s visual identity across in-app experiences, campaigns, sale events, category pages, social media, CRM, and other customer touchpoints.

This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to translate business goals into impactful visual experiences. You’ll lead and mentor designers, maintain creative quality and consistency, and ensure the team delivers high-quality work at the pace of a fast-moving business.

We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, bring fresh creative ideas to the table, and build a team that turns those ideas into action.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Leadership: Lead the design direction across brand, growth, marketing, and product initiatives while ensuring consistency with POP’s visual identity.

Team Management: Manage, mentor, and guide graphic designers and interns, helping the team improve its creative thinking, execution, and overall output.

Campaign & Brand Design: Oversee creative development for sale events, category landing pages, in-app banners, curations, deals, social media, CRM campaigns, and other marketing assets.

Creative Strategy: Translate business objectives into strong visual concepts, campaign ideas, moodboards, and engaging customer experiences.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, growth, product, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.

Quality & Execution: Review designs, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high standards across typography, colour, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.

Project & Workflow Management: Prioritise multiple projects, allocate work across the team, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

Design Systems & Processes: Build and maintain reusable templates, design systems, and organised, handoff-ready files across multiple formats and placements.

Innovation & Experimentation: Explore new design trends, creative formats, and AI-powered tools to improve the team's workflow and creative output.

Performance-driven Design: Work with growth and marketing teams to develop creatives that support engagement, campaign performance, and business outcomes.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

6–8 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, brand design, or a related creative field.

Proven experience managing, mentoring, and leading a team of designers.

A strong portfolio showcasing campaign creatives, brand communication, digital marketing assets, and visual storytelling.

Strong fundamentals in typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

Experience working on high-volume creative projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

Ability to balance creative vision, business priorities, and hands-on design execution.

Strong communication, collaboration, feedback, and project management skills.

Familiarity with AI image-generation tools and their application in creative workflows.

Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, consumer internet, or D2C brands, along with motion graphics, video editing, or copywriting skills.
