About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to contribute to enterprise application development with a strong focus on DevSecOps, Java Spring Boot, and modern web technologies. This role is ideal for professionals with 8–12 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting scalable applications in cloud-enabled environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for building secure, high-performing, and maintainable applications while collaborating closely with architects, DevOps teams, quality engineering teams, and business stakeholders. The role requires a strong engineering mindset, hands-on development expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.

Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration components for enterprise applications.

Implement DevSecOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.

Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define application architecture and development standards.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and support performance optimization initiatives.

Work closely with QA teams to deliver high-quality and reliable software releases.

Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement activities.

Contribute to automation, reusable frameworks, technical documentation, and engineering excellence initiatives.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams to ensure secure and scalable deployments.

Expertise You'll Bring:

8–12 years of experience in software development and enterprise application delivery.

Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.

Experience developing microservices-based architectures and REST API solutions.

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.

Experience with Git, version control systems, and modern software development workflows.

Ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.

Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based delivery environments.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning capabilities.

Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Self-driven attitude with the ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership.
