About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Integration Developer with strong expertise in application development, backend engineering, database technologies, and data integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot while working closely with database and ETL teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role requires a combination of full stack development expertise, integration experience, technical leadership, and problem-solving capabilities to drive critical business applications from design through production.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and TypeScript.

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration services.

Develop and optimize database schemas, SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access layers.

Collaborate with ETL and Data Engineering teams to support data integration, movement, reconciliation, and validation processes.

Design and maintain application integration workflows across distributed enterprise systems.

Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across application, database, and integration layers.

Drive application performance tuning, optimization, scalability, and reliability improvements.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.

Participate in code reviews, estimation sessions, technical planning, and solution reviews.

Support software releases, production deployments, and post-production activities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering excellence initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

10–12 years of experience in Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, or Application Integration roles.

Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Experience building scalable backend services and microservices architectures.

Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript-based application development.

Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or equivalent frameworks.

Advanced SQL skills with strong knowledge of relational database systems.

Experience in database design, data modeling, query tuning, and performance optimization.

Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data integration, and large-scale data processing.

Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and enterprise integration solutions.

Knowledge of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures.

Experience troubleshooting complex application, integration, and database-related issues.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Experience with source control systems such as Git and collaborative development practices.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging capabilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to independently lead and deliver complex engineering initiatives.
