Role Summary
Join M&M’s AI Division as a Senior Expert of AI Solutions, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI systems. You will lead AI development for a business unit, reporting directly into the CEO of the Central AI Division.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced AI Expertise
Leverage expertise in modern Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and Generative AI models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
Experience in Data Science & Building Machine Learning Models
Solve complex business problems through machine learning solutions.
AI Innovation
Spearhead initiatives to integrate AI into business processes, driving efficiency and unlocking new opportunities.
Cloud & Data Platforms
Utilise cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS, along with data platforms, to deploy scalable AI systems.
Program Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of AI programs through strong program management capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Engage with Business CEOs, Vertical Heads, IT Leaders, technology vendors, and system integrators to align AI strategies with organizational goals.
Experience
10+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, and Data Architecture, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech
Good to have: MBA
Certification in cloud platforms or machine learning frameworks.
Exposure to the latest advancements in AI, including Generative AI and emerging technologies.
Experience in collaborating with vendors and technology ecosystem partners.
Required Skills

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to design solutions that deliver business value.
Technical Expertise
Mastery in data analytics, machine learning frameworks, and programming languages such as Python and R.
AI Knowledge
In-depth understanding of Generative AI models and LLM architectures, including best practices for implementation.

Leadership Traits
