Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities.
Coordinate background verification and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records in HRMS platforms such as SuccessFactors.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit requirements, and process controls.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS trackers.
Respond to employee and stakeholder queries within agreed SLAs.
Support process improvement and standardization initiatives.
Collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll, HRBP, IT, and other support teams.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Onboarding, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends based on business requirements.
Preferred
Experience in onboarding, background verification, HR compliance, and reporting.
Exposure to shared services or high-volume HR operations environments.
Strong focus on accuracy, service quality, and continuous improvement.
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage
We are looking for an HR Operations Associate with 1-3 years of experience to support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, background verification, documentation management, HR compliance, and reporting.
