Your work profile
As a Senior Consultant in our SAP Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention of exceeding client expectations.
Key skills required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field .
Minimum 4–6 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration experience.
Experience in 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield projects.
Job Title: Senior SAP Project System (PS) Consultant – SAP S/4HANA
Lead SAP ABAP development activities across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Analyse business requirements and prepare technical specifications, development estimates, and solution designs.
Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects).
Work with ABAP Objects, reports, ALV, Smart Forms, SAP script, Adobe Forms, and other relevant SAP development technologies.
Develop and enhance interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData services, APIs, and other applicable integration technologies.
Implement enhancements using BAdIs, user exits, customer exits, enhancement frameworks, and other supported extension mechanisms.
Develop and optimize CDS views, AMDP, and modern ABAP solutions for SAP S/4HANA, where applicable.
Perform debugging, performance tuning, SQL optimization, and analysis of complex technical issues.
Support SAP S/4HANA conversion and custom-code adaptation, including ATC checks and remediation of incompatible code.
Work closely with functional consultants across FI/CO, MM, SD, PS, PM, RE-FX, and other modules to deliver technical solutions.
Develop workflows, output solutions, and background processing programs as per business requirements.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards, naming conventions, and quality guidelines.
Perform unit testing, support SIT and UAT, resolve defects, and coordinate technical deployment activities.
Manage transports across development, quality, and production environments.
Provide production support, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve technical incidents within agreed SLAs.
Prepare technical documentation, maintain development records, and support knowledge transfer.
Mentor junior developers and guide the team on technical design, development practices, and code quality.
Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of technical objects.
