Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI/GenAI solutions for enterprise use cases. The role involves working with LLMs, AI frameworks, APIs, RAG, and cloud technologies to build scalable and production-ready AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and integrate AI/GenAI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI APIs .
Develop and optimize REST APIs and backend services for AI applications.
Work with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
Implement vector databases and semantic search for knowledge retrieval.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and data sources.
Perform model evaluation, optimization, testing, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Architects, Product Owners, and Engineering teams.
Deploy AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Python development .
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs .
Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and vector databases .
Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex or equivalent.
Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases .
Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP AI services.
Understanding of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD .
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have
Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents .
Knowledge of MCP, tool calling, function calling, and multi-agent systems .
Experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learn .
Exposure to MLflow, Databricks, Spark , or MLOps.
Experience building enterprise-scale AI solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science , or a related field.
