We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Advanced Java Development, Enterprise Architecture, Hyperautomation, Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure), and Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions, drive automation strategies, mentor development teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions.This role requires a combination of hands-on technical excellence, solution architecture capabilities, cloud-native development experience, and strong consulting skills.

Required Technical Skills:

Java: Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs, Microservices

Frameworks: Hibernate/JPA, Spring Security, Design Patterns

Hyperautomation: Camunda, Flowable, BPMN, DMN, RPA Integration

Cloud: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, EKS), Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, Azure DevOps)

Containers & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform

Integration: Kafka, RabbitMQ, API Gateway, Event-Driven Architecture

Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

Architecture: Solution Architecture, Enterprise Integration, Cloud-Native Architecture, System Design

Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD

Good to Have: GenAI, Azure OpenAI, RAG, Vector Databases, Process Mining

Desired Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills

Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs

AWS/Azure Architecture Certifications preferred
