Senior Associate Lead - Employee Relations

Responsibilities

Discipline Management

Independently manage and monitor employee discipline cases on a daily basis, ensuring timely review, action, and closure in line with company policies.
Review investigation findings and recommendations and validate disciplinary actions for policy and legal compliance.
Consult and advise Business HR Partners (BHRPs) on complex disciplinary matters, Code of Conduct violations, and applicable labor law requirements.
Partner with stakeholders, including BHRPs, business leaders, and Risk teams, DPO, ISG to resolve disciplinary issues effectively.
Independently assess case details, identify risks, and recommend appropriate corrective or disciplinary actions based on facts and policy requirements.
Draft and review disciplinary documents, including Show Cause Notices, warning letters, and termination letters.
Analyze discipline trends and misconduct patterns, identify root causes, and implement preventive interventions.
Conduct awareness sessions and training programs for employees and managers on workplace conduct and disciplinary processes.
Prepare and publish dashboards, reports, and leadership updates on discipline cases, policy violations, trends, and outcomes.
Prepare reports for board meeting , Risk council meeting and whenever request arises
Independently prepare data to support audits, compliance reviews, litigation matters, and legal proceedings related to employee discipline.
Drive continuous improvement of discipline management processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance across the organization.

Grievance Redressal

Manage and investigate employee grievances in a fair, confidential, and timely manner.
Conduct independent investigations into complex, sensitive, or high-priority employee complaints and workplace concerns.
Partner with investigators, HR teams, and business stakeholders to gather facts and assess employee concerns.
Prepare objective, evidence-based investigation reports and provide recommendations aligned with company policies and applicable regulations.
Recommend appropriate corrective, remedial, or preventive actions based on investigation findings.
Conduct closure discussions with employees and relevant stakeholders to communicate outcomes and address concerns effectively.
Handle senior leadership escalations and critical employee concerns, providing concise summaries and recommendations to leadership teams.
Track grievance trends, identify systemic issues and workplace risks, and recommend proactive measures to improve employee experience.
Plan and deliver awareness campaigns, communication initiatives, and training programs on grievance redressal mechanisms and workplace conduct.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to strengthen employee trust, foster a positive work environment, and promote adherence to organizational values and policies.
