Your Role

Facilitate and lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, Kanban practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Identify, track, and remove impediments or blockers impacting team productivity and sprint goals.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to support backlog management, prioritization, and release planning activities.
Monitor sprint progress through Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, burnup charts, and team performance indicators.
Drive transparency and Agile delivery governance using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, and Confluence.
Coordinate dependencies across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and leadership.
Support Agile transformation initiatives and help teams transition from traditional project management approaches to Agile delivery models.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and high-performing team dynamics.

Your Profile :

Experienced Scrum Master with 6–12 years of overall IT experience , including proven expertise in facilitating Agile software development teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile delivery frameworks , with the ability to coach teams toward Agile maturity.
Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, and Confluence .
Demonstrated ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive successful sprint execution.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), CI/CD practices, and DevOps methodologies .
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Experience tracking Agile performance metrics and generating reports for leadership and delivery teams.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage dependencies, and ensure timely product delivery in dynamic environments.
Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or SAFe Agilist are highly preferred.
PMP or additional Agile certifications will be considered an advantage.

Is fully competent in its own area and has a deep understanding of related programming concepts software design and software development principles. Works autonomously with minimal supervision. Able to act as a key contributor in a complex environment, lead the activities of a team for software design and software development. Acts proactively to understand internalorexternal client needs and offers advice even when not asked. Able to assess and adapt to project issues, formulate innovative solutions, work under pressure and drive team to succeed against its technical and commercial goals.
