Perform functional unit, integration, and regression testing; prepare and execute test scripts and support UAT .

Provide AMS / production support : incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, enhancement handling, and adherence to SLAs.

Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with ABAP developers on enhancements, BAdIs, and custom reports.

Conduct end-user training , knowledge transfer, and documentation (functional design documents, configuration workbooks, runbooks).

Advise on best practices, clean-core/upgrade-safe approaches , and new SAP TM capabilities across releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

SAP experience with a minimum of 5 years hands-on in SAP TM (embedded TM on S/4HANA and/or SAP TM standalone).

Strong functional knowledge of transportation planning, freight order/booking management, carrier selection, and freight settlement/charge management .

Hands-on SAP TM configuration experience across freight order management, planning, and charge/settlement.
