Sales Performance Management Operations Analyst

The Role

The Sales Performance Management Operations Analyst will provide hands-on operational, compliance, audit, and governance support across recurring Sales Performance Management processes. The role will coordinate deal validation, questionnaires, audits, mailbox activity, documentation, data checks, reporting, user administration, and business follow-up to help ensure that critical activities are completed accurately, consistently, and on time. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders and systems. The position will also provide trained backup coverage for selected PowerApps, reporting, and access-administration activities, reducing key-person dependency and supporting continuity as operational demand and audit scope expand.

Key responsibilities

Deal Operations and Request Management

Administer and triage the Deal Impact mailbox, categorize requests, maintain action trackers, coordinate responses, and escalate overdue or high-risk items. Support Mega Deal oversight, eligibility validation, evidence collection, and stakeholder follow-up.
Respond to seller and business partner inquiries, ensuring clear ownership, accurate routing, and timely resolution.
Maintain organized records of requests, decisions, approvals, supporting documents, and outcomes.

Questionnaire and Audit Administration

Coordinate distribution, tracking, follow-up, escalation, and status reporting for win validation questionnaires.
Administer T4C audits, origination credit reviews, contingent fee compliance activities, and related evidence-management requirements.
Support credit adjustment reconciliation across relevant systems and investigate discrepancies with process owners.
Provide operational support for renewal and expansion/extension audit programs as they are introduced.
Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation and promptly identify missing, inconsistent, or overdue submissions.

Compliance, Governance, and Controls

Execute recurring controls in line with documented procedures, service expectations, and governance requirements.
Monitor due dates, exceptions, and unresolved actions; provide timely escalation and transparent status updates.
Support segregation of duties by maintaining clear evidence of review, approval, and process ownership.
Identify control gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for standardization, simplification, or automation.
Assist with preparation of audit responses, compliance reporting, process documentation, and operating procedures.

Data, Reporting, and Systems Support

Perform data validation, reconciliation, quality checks, and operational reporting for SPM activities.
Support data loads, integrations, issue investigation, user acceptance testing, and deployment validation.
Provide trained backup support for the Validation PowerApp, Quota Setting PowerApp, Power BI reporting, SPM Hub, and associated access administration.
Maintain access records and assist with timely provisioning, modification, and removal requests in accordance with approved controls.
Document recurring technical procedures and known issues to strengthen continuity and knowledge transfer.

Stakeholder Coordination and Continuous Improvement

Coordinate with sellers, business leaders, Finance, Compensation, Compliance, Audit, Operations, and technical teams to resolve operational issues.
Communicate progress, risks, exceptions, and dependencies clearly and professionally.
Build and maintain process trackers, work instructions, job aids, handover documentation, and performance metrics.
Crosstrain on critical activities and provide continuity coverage during planned and unplanned absences.
Contribute to enhancements and automation initiatives that improve accuracy, turnaround time, scalability, and stakeholder experience.

To qualify for the role, you must have

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in business operations, finance, accounting, sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.
Relevant experience in operations coordination, compliance administration, audit support, sales operations, compensation operations, or another transaction-based business process environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage trackers, deadlines, documentation, stakeholder follow-up, and recurring control activities with attention to Details
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
Experience handling confidential or sensitive business information with appropriate judgment and discretion.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting Sales Performance Management, sales compensation, deal governance, crediting, or validation processes.
Exposure to PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, data integrations, or user-access administration.
Experience working in EY, a Big 4 organization, professional services, or a comparable global matrix environment.
Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, control testing, reconciliations, or evidence-management processes.
Familiarity with process documentation, user acceptance testing, reporting support, and automation initiatives.
