A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BeVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.

CloudSEK’s Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.

CloudSEK’s AIVigil is an AI-native Attack Surface Monitoring platform that continuously discovers, monitors, and secures exposed AI infrastructure, MCP servers, leaked AI credentials, vector databases, agentic workflows, and shadow AI across the internet.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Director – North America to lead CloudSEK’s growth across the region. This role will own the regional GTM strategy, revenue, strategic accounts, partnerships, and market expansion, while building CloudSEK’s presence in the North American cybersecurity market.

Regional Revenue & Sales

Own North America revenue targets, forecasting, and business performance.

Build and manage pipeline across enterprise, mid-market, channel, and strategic accounts.

Drive sales from prospecting through closure, expansion, and renewals.

Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across CloudSEK’s product portfolio.

GTM & Market Expansion

Develop and execute the North America GTM strategy across key industries and segments.

Identify priority markets, accounts, use cases, and growth opportunities.

Build scalable customer acquisition and market penetration strategies.

Shape CloudSEK’s regional sales playbook using market and customer insights.

Strategic & Enterprise Accounts

Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, and senior executives.

Lead complex enterprise sales and strategic account engagements.

Drive account planning, deal acceleration, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.

Partnerships & Channel

Build and scale relationships with MSSPs, VARs, distributors, and technology partners.

Identify, onboard, and enable strategic partners.

Drive joint GTM, co-selling, and pipeline generation with partners.

Build a scalable partner-led revenue engine for North America.

Team & Leadership

Build and lead the North America sales and business development team as the region scales.

Define hiring priorities, territories, targets, and performance expectations.

Coach and develop high-performing sales and partnership teams.

Foster a high-accountability, customer-focused sales culture.

Market Presence

Represent CloudSEK at cybersecurity events, industry forums, and customer engagements.

Build CloudSEK’s brand and ecosystem presence across North America.

Develop relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Bring regional market insights into CloudSEK’s product and business strategy.

Business Strategy & Operations

Define regional business plans, growth priorities, and territory strategies.

Track key metrics including revenue, pipeline, win rates, partner contribution, and customer expansion.

Provide regular business updates and strategic insights to leadership.

Build scalable processes to support regional growth.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

12+ years in B2B, enterprise, regional, channel sales, or business development.

Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, threat intelligence, or enterprise technology preferred.

Proven experience building and growing a business or region in North America.

Sales & Revenue

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Strong enterprise sales, pipeline management, and deal-closing experience.

Experience across both direct and partner-led sales.

Market & Ecosystem

Strong understanding of the North American cybersecurity market.

Established relationships with enterprise customers, MSSPs, VARs, distributors, and technology partners.

Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity buying and procurement processes.

Leadership

Entrepreneurial, strategic, and hands-on approach.

Experience hiring, mentoring, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Communication

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Comfortable engaging with CISOs, CIOs, senior executives, partners, and customers.

Strong executive presence and ability to represent CloudSEK in North America.
