About the job

This role is focused on Quality Assurance (QA) testing for Manhattan Active Omni (MAO), ensuring that end-to-end retail order management processes such as order orchestration, inventory management, fulfillment, returns, and system integrations function correctly. The QA professional will perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing, with a strong emphasis on validating MAO workflows, APIs, and integrations with eCommerce, WMS, and ERP systems. Candidates with hands-on MAO experience and strong API testing skills using tools like Postman are preferred.

3-6 years of QA experience with 2+ years in Manhattan Active Omni testing.

Strong knowledge of retail and omnichannel processes

Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.

Proficiency in API testing (Postman), and defect tracking tools (JIRA).

Validate MAO order lifecycle, inventory, fulfillment, payment and customer service workflows.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni.

Exposure to MAO APIs, and cloud-based applications.

Automation testing experience is a plus.

Priority: Candidates with Manhattan Active Omni testing experience and strong API/integration testing expertise.
