The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.
Who you’ll work with
BCN Customer COE, as part of Bain’s expert client delivery network, has the vision to lend expertise, speed and competitiveness to Bain’s Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Marketing & Customer Experience projects by co-developing and delivering Pricing products, designing Go-to-Market strategy solutions and improving customer experience effectively through client-specific analysis and solutions. We develop products and deliver solutions that help clients identify and fulfill their full potential across the entire sales value chain and customer journey. We also capture value across all stages—from problem identification and solution design to implementation and capability transfer.

What you’ll do
We are hyper-focused on developing and deploying solutions that help clients accelerate sustainable growth through their go-to-market engines and unlock their full growth potential - from market opportunity identification and coverage planning to pricing, account cadence, and sales and marketing optimization.
This role offers the opportunity to develop and deploy cutting-edge, AI and data-analytics enabled solutions that help clients unlock untapped value in their existing go-to-market engines within days and weeks. These solutions leverage client data and benchmarks to identify opportunities and define a roadmap for the next 12-18 months for both the client and Bain case teams.
The Commercial Excellence Project Leader is the lead on a BCN case, managing a team of 3-4 associates and analysts to develop and deploy solutions end-to-end - from ideation and analysis through delivery and client presentation. The PL leads discussions with key internal and client stakeholders, including Bain Partners, Directors, and case teams. Typically staffed 100% on a project, the PL works under the guidance of the CoE Senior Manager or Manager and plays a critical role in output delivery, team leadership, and client communication.
