About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 15 to 20 years of experience in driving enterprise-scale technology initiatives, cloud transformation programs, and digital modernization projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong program and project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and a solid understanding of cloud platforms, Agile delivery, and enterprise technology landscapes.

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of enterprise technology and cloud transformation programs.

Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.

Define program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, resource requirements, and success criteria.

Establish and maintain effective program governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and communication plans.

Drive Agile delivery practices across distributed teams and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

Coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, SRE, Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution.

Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and change requests.

Identify and mitigate delivery risks through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement.

Lead executive-level status reviews, steering committee meetings, and customer governance forums.

Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Support cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives involving AWS and Azure environments.

Drive resource planning, capacity management, staffing strategies, and workforce optimization.

Monitor project financials, budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics.

Ensure quality deliverables, customer satisfaction, and successful business outcomes.

Facilitate collaboration between globally distributed teams and external partners.

Develop and track KPIs, operational metrics, and program performance indicators.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and delivery excellence.

Mentor project managers and team leads while promoting a high-performance culture.

Expertise You'll Bring:

15 to 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Technology Consulting.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale programs and enterprise projects.

Proven track record of delivering cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.

Strong experience managing enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.

Expertise in Program Management, Project Management, and Portfolio Management.

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid project delivery models.

Hands-on exposure to AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments.

Experience managing global, cross-functional delivery teams.

Strong knowledge of risk management, issue management, and dependency management.

Experience managing project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.

Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.

Experience leading distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, site reliability engineering, and cloud operations.

Familiarity with cloud migration, application modernization, and digital transformation strategies.

Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
