Role Overview:

The Product Growth Manager will drive scalable growth for key products by identifying high-impact opportunities, translating market and user insights into product strategy, and partnering across functions to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role blends technical product management, experimentation, and go-to-market thinking to improve user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.

What will you do at Fynd?

Define and execute product growth strategies aligned to business goals and product vision.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.

Partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business teams to launch and optimize growth initiatives.

Own experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, hypothesis definition, prioritization, and result analysis.

Translate user insights and data into product requirements, feature enhancements, and roadmap recommendations.

Monitor key growth metrics such as acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, engagement, and monetization.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure scalable implementation of growth features and product improvements.

Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership through clear reporting and presentations.

Some specific requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

5-8 years of experience in product management, product growth, or a similar role

Strong understanding of product metrics such as acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue

Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations

Proficiency in using data to identify opportunities, define experiments, and measure business impact

Good to have

MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree

Experience in a technology company or high-growth digital product environment

Exposure to SQL, analytics tools, or product analytics platforms

Experience with growth experimentation frameworks and lifecycle optimization

Prior work on user acquisition or monetization initiatives
