Role Summary
As a Principal Engineer, UI in Global Data Foundation (GDF), you are the senior technical owner of the
front-end architecture behind the tools, dashboards, and portals that make our data products usable — for
internal teams tracking data quality and delivery status, and for partner orgs consuming GDF data assets.
You operate with significant autonomy, turning ambiguous UX and platform problems into clean, scalable
front-end architecture, and you raise the engineering bar for everyone building UI around you. This is a
hands-on, high-impact individual-contributor role: you'll write and review code, lead design reviews, unblock
cross-team dependencies between UI, API, and design teams, and be the technical voice our partners trust
when the stakes are high.
