Key Responsibilities
Lead MES solution architecture design and implementation for manufacturing clients
Define endtoend MES functional and technical architectures aligned with business and plant requirements
Work with stakeholders to translate manufacturing processes into scalable MES solutions
Guide configuration integration testing deployment and rollout activities across multiple sites
Collaborate with ERP PLM SCADA IIoT quality and automation teams to ensure seamless system integration
Provide technical leadership governance and best practices across MES programs
Support solution proposals effort estimation and customer presentations
Required Skills Experience
1214 years of experience in manufacturing ITOT systems with significant experience in MES
Proven experience implementing one or more COTS MES platforms such as Apriso Siemens Opcenter Rockwell PharmaSuite AVEVAWonderware MES or similar solutions
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including production execution quality management traceability genealogy WIP tracking and shopfloor integration
Experience integrating MES with ERP PLM automation systems historians and industrial protocols
Strong stakeholder management and clientfacing consulting skills
Experience leading global or multisite MES deployments
