Job Title: Junior SharePoint Developer

Years of Experience: 3-5 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of SharePoint and the Power Platform, with a passion for developing innovative solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience looking to grow their careers in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites and applications.

Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) to create automated workflows and applications.

Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing training on SharePoint functionalities.

Participate in project meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of SharePoint-related projects.

Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and Power Platform features and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge of SharePoint, including site creation, customization, and management.

Familiarity with Power Platform tools, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.

Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and integration.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant internships or academic projects involving SharePoint or Power Platform are a plus.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
