Each solution is meticulously engineered to align with customer-specific duty cycles, ensuring optimal durability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forging presses, upsetter, or other forging equipment.

Set up machines as per job specifications and production plans.

Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and stroke.

Check dimensions, shape, and surface quality of forged parts.

Perform visual inspections for cracks, laps, underfills, and other defects.

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S).

Meet production targets and cycle time requirements.

Record production data and inspection results.

Maintain shift logs and machine checklists

Qualification

Diploma in Mech

Experience

3 to 5 years
