Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Strategy and Development
Market survey to identify and develop vendor ecosystem across services categories
Data analysis to identify insights to drive cost reduction
General and Task Management
Manage relationships and negotiate with key domestic suppliers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure suppliers meet program milestones, deliver services on time and with quality, and implement cost-saving opportunities
Manage and resolve supply chain issues for critical services
Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards, and delivery terms, with technical and operational input from stakeholders as needed.
Develop negotiation strategies and finalize deals with optimal terms.
Experience
6+ yrs. experience in Strategic Sourcing – Preferably General Services/Professional Services
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
Bachelors in any discipline
MBA - Preferred
Note: Tier I and Tier II institutes only

Sourcing, negotiation, relationship management of key suppliers, critical thinking, envisioning & understanding services sourcing
Individual Competencies
