ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute Spector.ai http://Spector.ai’s marketing function end to end. This is a full-stack marketing role: you will set the strategy and then roll up your sleeves to deliver it across the website, content, social, events, webinars, and founder/leadership visibility. Every marketing activity you run will be measured against one north-star outcome: generating qualified sales leads for our pipeline. You will work closely with and report to the Chief Commercial Officer to build a repeatable, data-driven demand-generation machine for an industrial, technical buyer.

This is a remote, India-based role with periodic travel for conferences, events, and client meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MARKETING STRATEGY & PLANNING

Define and own the overall marketing strategy, annual plan, and quarterly priorities aligned to revenue and lead-generation goals.

Build and manage the marketing channel mix, and calendar; and track ROI .

Define target segments, buyer personas, and positioning/messaging for an industrial, technical audience.

WEBSITE

Own the company website — continuously enhance content, structure, UX, and conversion paths to capture and convert demand.

Lead SEO strategy and execution: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content built to rank and drive inbound leads.

Implement and monitor analytics, tracking, and lead-capture (forms, landing pages, CTAs) to measure and improve performance.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Develop the social media strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant B2B/industrial channels.

Execute and maintain a consistent content calendar — create, schedule, publish, engage, and report.

Grow audience, engagement, and inbound interest that feeds the sales pipeline.

CONFERENCES & EVENTS

Plan and execute Spector.ai http://Spector.ai’s presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and events — logistics, booth/collateral, speaking slots, and sponsorships.

Pre-event: coordinate targeted outreach and schedule qualified client/prospect meetings to maximize pipeline from each event.

Post-event: drive timely follow-up and post-event client meetings to convert conversations into opportunities, in partnership with sales.

WEBINARS & PODCASTS

Plan, produce, and execute webinars and podcasts — from topic and speaker selection to promotion, hosting, and post-event nurture.

Repurpose webinar/podcast content across channels to extend reach and generate leads.

FOUNDERS & LEADERSHIP MARKETING

Build the personal brand and thought-leadership presence of the founders and leadership team (LinkedIn content, speaking, bylines, PR).

Position leadership as credible voices in industrial AI to open doors, build trust, and create inbound demand.

LEAD GENERATION

Ensure every marketing initiative is designed, measured, and optimized to generate qualified sales leads and pipeline.

Partner with sales on lead handoff, qualification, and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B marketing, with a strong demand-generation / leadgeneration track record.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Domain: Experience marketing software/technology products, with a focus on industrial sectors (e.g., oil & gas, chemicals, energy/utilities, and manufacturing).

Full-stack execution: Demonstrated ability to both set strategy and personally execute across website, SEO, social, events, and webinars.

Digital & SEO: Hands-on with SEO, website CMS, marketing analytics, and lead-capture tooling.

Events: Proven experience planning and running conferences/events, including pre- and post-event client engagement.

AI fluency: Well-versed in using AI tools and agents (e.g., Claude) to create marketing materials — collateral, sales decks, messaging, and content — faster and at higher quality.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English; able to translate complex, technical topics into clear buyer-facing messaging.
