Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in the Fertilizer and Pesticide industry. The ideal candidate will spearhead our brand building, product positioning, and market penetration strategies across key agricultural zones in North and Central India (Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan). This role requires a strategic thinker who loves ground-level execution, understands regional crop cycles, and has a proven track record of managing robust dealer-distributor networks. Requirements B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture or allied sciences. MBA in Agribusiness Management (ABM) or Marketing is highly preferred. Minimum 5 to 8 years of core marketing or techno-commercial sales experience within a reputed Pesticide/Fertilizer/Agro-chemical company. Benefits Salary is not constraint for right candidate
