Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Purpose of the role: Lead service trial activities for new vehicle programs to ensure product readiness, serviceability, and field robustness before launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute service trials on prototype, pilot, and production-intent vehicles.

Conduct vehicle evaluations across diverse operating conditions to assess performance, reliability, diagnostics, serviceability, and customer experience.

Identify potential field issues and drive timely resolution before launch.

Track concerns to closure through structured reviews with engineering teams.

Feed product reliability and serviceability improvements into future vehicle programs.

Preferred Industries

Education Qualification

BE/B.Tech in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics engineering

General Experience

Around 7 to 9 years experience in technical support in Automotive industry

Critical Experience

Primary Skills:

Vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting

Vehicle evaluation and validation techniques

Automotive systems knowledge (ICE, EV, Electronics & Software)

Root cause analysis and problem-solving

Data analysis and technical reporting

Cross-functional stakeholder management

Secondary Skills:

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams,

Problem-Solving: Aptitude for developing quick and effective solutions to field issues,

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently,
