Manage end-to-end

accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.

Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, payables, receivables, payroll

accounting, and month-end closures.

Lead and manage the accounts team and ensure timely, accurate execution of

all finance activities.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, ROC, and other

statutory requirements.

Coordinate and manage statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and

regulatory reviews.

Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, and management

dashboards.

Drive financial controls, process improvements, and compliance frameworks.

Handle investor, lender, and due diligence requirements during fundraising

and financing activities.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, bankers, and external stakeholders.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Qualified CA
