CPI Resource JD Job Requirements Experience in development in the financial industry. Experience in business analysis in the financial domain, including basic knowledge of the trade lifecycle. Knowledge of SDLC and SQL, and basic Python, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. Knowledge in requirements gathering, business analysis, and structured problem-solving. Strong communication skills, great work ethic, self-motivation, and responsibility are a must. Key Requirements 1. Business Analysis Expertise Strong BA skills with the ability to analyze and understand requirements in depth. Ability to deep dive into business functionality and identify underlying needs. Detail-oriented approach with a strong investigative mindset. Ability to effectively perform business analysis, gather and interpret requirements, and ask the right questions. Ability to work closely with stakeholders. 2. Financial Domain Knowledge Basic understanding of the financial services industry. Basic knowledge of the trade lifecycle. Interest in trading processes and trade lifecycle concepts. Fund or asset management expertise is not mandatory. Willingness to learn and understand trading processes. 3. Technical Skills Knowledge of SDLC. Basic knowledge of SQL and databases. Ability to write and understand basic SQL queries. Basic knowledge of Python is good to have. Capability to analyze and understand data. Ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. 4. Requirements Gathering & Problem-Solving Knowledge of requirements gathering, business analysis, and structured problem-solving.
