Lead I - Enterprise Solutions

Salesforce Developer,Vlocity,LWC JOB RESPONSIBILITY Development & Delivery Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio (Vlocity), and Salesforce platform capabilities. Develop custom business logic, integrations, and automation using Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, asynchronous processing, and platform events. Build and maintain OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and other OmniStudio components. Develop responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components aligned with Salesforce development best practices. Participate in solution design discussions, technical estimations, and architecture reviews. Requirements Analysis & Solution Design Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts to understand and refine requirements. Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs and implementation plans. Recommend scalable and maintainable solutions that align with Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise standards. Quality & Performance Perform unit testing and maintain high code coverage while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Conduct code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve solution quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability. Integration & Data Management Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Support data migration, data transformation, and data quality initiatives. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy requirements. Agile & Collaboration Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, quality engineers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders. Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. QUALIFICATION Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. EXPERIENCE 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Minimum 2+ years of experience working with OmniStudio (Vlocity) components such as OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards. Minimum 2+ years of experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable and scheduled processes. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware platforms is preferred. Experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, or highly regulated industries is an added advantage.
