Vendor Management Team -

Job Description Required Qualifications & Experience:•

Bachelor's degree , along with experience in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.• 2-8 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations.

Hands-on experience with Oracle or Workday for vendor onboarding, vendor setup, and vendor master data management.

Experience processing Vendor Creation, Modification, and Maintenance Requests.

Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, compliance, and documentation requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Manage vendor onboarding, setup, and modification requests in Oracle/Workday.• Ensure accurate vendor master data creation and maintenance.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to obtain required documentation.• Review and validate vendor information for compliance and policy adherence.

Support vendor-related audits, reporting, and issue resolution.

Maintain SLAs and ensure timely processing of vendor requests

.• Drive process improvements to enhance vendor management efficiency. Preferred Skills
