Project Role Description : Architect large language models (LLM) that can process and generate natural language. Design neural network parameters, trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data.

Summary:

In the role of Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This includes developing the architecture of neural networks tailored to handle vast amounts of unstructured text data. The role requires continuous refinement of model parameters to enhance performance and efficiency. Collaboration with various teams to integrate these models into broader systems and ensuring their scalability and robustness is also a key part of daily activities. The position demands a forward-thinking approach to innovate and optimize language processing capabilities within complex environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of best practices for model architecture and deployment.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and technical strategies.

Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve model effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.

Experience in designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.

Strong understanding of large-scale data processing and model training techniques.

Ability to work with unstructured text data and develop scalable solutions.

Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.

Skilled in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI models into production environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
