About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications built on modern microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Kafka, and MongoDB, along with hands-on experience in developing high-performance, event-driven applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-grade solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design and delivery of modern, cloud-ready applications while following Agile development practices.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Build and support microservices-based enterprise applications.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations.

Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.

Design and develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly UI components using React.js.

Work with MongoDB and other data stores for efficient data persistence and retrieval.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver business-critical applications.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.

Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.

Optimize application reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Create technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Support application deployment, testing, and production releases.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

5-9 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, and Object-Oriented Programming principles.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture.

Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.

Experience implementing event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.

Strong front-end development experience using React.js.

Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.

Hands-on experience working with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.

Experience integrating frontend and backend applications.

Strong understanding of software design patterns and application architecture principles.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing engineering team.
