(IND) Software Engineer III

Position Summary...

We are hiring a Software Engineer III to drive end-to-end automation for Walmart/Vizio application platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who can design scalable automation frameworks, strengthen CI/CD quality gates, ensure application reliability and drive overall product quality. This role requires a solid understanding of video streaming technologies, knowledge in client side and back end services, and the ability to manage complex projects and timelines. Hands on with AI driven efficiency and building impactful reporting/scorecards is a plus.

About Team

Walmart-VIZIO’s Technology – Software and Services division is seeking a Software Engineer III for Smart TV application team with expertise in planning and designing high quality automated workflows to assess in-sprint and E2E product readiness. You’ll work together with the developer and cross functional teams; Understand new features and/or extending current features for market needs; Support 1P and 3P application validations with an automation first mindset; Drive quality and enable faster releases.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
