General description of role: We are seeking a Law, Compliance and Risk Reporting and Technology Analyst to develop and maintain the reporting, analytics, data integrity and functionality for our legal, compliance and risk tools. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, generate insightful reports, and optimize law, compliance, and risk tools to meet reporting and technology needs. Job responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc compliance reports, dashboards, and metrics to support legal, risk, and compliance oversight activities. Design and build reporting dashboards that provide visibility into compliance performance, legal data, control effectiveness, policy adherence, and key compliance risk indicators. Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, integrity, and consistency of compliance, risk and legal data across reporting systems. Perform regular data validation, quality assurance reviews, and audits of compliance reporting outputs. Manage data collection, migration, imports, updates, reconciliation, and cleansing processes to support management reporting. Partner with Compliance SMEs, IT, and system owners to ensure law- and compliance-related systems and reporting tools are configured effectively and aligned with business requirements. This may include drafting requirements, evaluating tools against defined requirements, and configuring in low-code environments. Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, improve data quality, and enhance reporting efficiency. Support the implementation of new compliance reporting capabilities, regulatory requirements, system enhancements, and reporting solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot reporting issues, data discrepancies, and system-related challenges affecting law and compliance reporting. Serve as a subject matter resource for law and compliance reporting, data management, and reporting controls. Develop technology and reporting process documentation. Skills/competencies required : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Law, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in compliance reporting, regulatory reporting, risk management, data analytics, audit, or a related role. Strong proficiency in reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms). Experience working with legal, compliance, risk, governance, or regulatory management systems. Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and reporting controls. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging compliance risks. Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and compliance stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level reporting and presentations. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and business teams.
