About the Role
We need a Full Stack Engineer to build tools and dashboards for a client's sales team using HubSpot. You will work directly with the client, understand their needs and build the solution.
What You Will Do
Understand the sales team's needs and build tools for them.
Build HubSpot integrations using its APIs.
Build backend services in Python or Node.js.
Build simple dashboards using React.
Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to work faster.
Give regular updates to the client.
Must Have
3+ years as a Full Stack or Backend Engineer.
Python or Node.js.
React or any modern frontend framework.
Hands-on HubSpot integration experience.
Regular use of AI coding tools.
Good to Have
Built tools for sales or CRM teams.
Salesforce or other CRM experience.
HubSpot certification.
Soft Skills
Good English communication.
Comfortable working directly with clients.
