Quantity surveyor with Engineering CIVIL & MEP Services with Pharmaceutical background with SAP knowledge

# Take physical measurements of the work done

# Check the physical measurements (qty) with bills raised

# Check the rates billed are in line with the underlying orders (ARC / POs’ / Contracts / Capital Projects etc.)

# Keep track of the running bills and the final bills / invoices

# Advice billing formats with the vendors (to ensure uniformity)

# Re-measurement of quantities.

# Reconciliation of the quantities

# Measurement, verification and certification.

# Advice Finance for the payments

# Preparation of monthly MIS for the management (covering the status of bills and other observations)

BE Mechanical / Civil (8 to 10 yrs of experience)

People Competencies:

Should be self-driven and sense of ownership for its deliverables

Excellent communication skills

Should be able to work with CFTs

Should be adaptable and flexible in his approach
