Job overview

The Executive – LMS Support is responsible for providing technical and functional support for Learning Management Systems, resolving user issues, managing incidents, generating reports, and ensuring smooth learning platform operations. The role involves close coordination with global clients, internal teams, and technology stakeholders. This aligns with NIIT’s current LMS Support role, which includes L2 support, incident ownership, RCA, reporting, and process improvement.

Roles and responsibilities

Provide technical and functional support for LMS platforms and related learning applications.

Resolve user issues related to login, access, course enrollment, learning records, and system functionality.

Manage and track support tickets, incidents, and customer escalations within defined SLAs.

Take end-to-end ownership of incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Coordinate with internal technology teams and global stakeholders for complex issue resolution.

Create and maintain LMS user accounts, course assignments, enrollments, and learning records.

Generate learner, course, usage, completion, and other customer-specific reports.

Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.

Support testing of system enhancements, fixes, and new platform features.

Identify recurring issues and recommend process or platform improvements.

Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree required

Experience

2 to 3 years of experience
