Provide technical leadership and engineering direction across the Commerce Cloud solution.
Lead architecture and development using Salesforce PWA Kit and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) .
Define and guide composable/headless commerce architecture .
Provide technical direction for server-side rendering (SSR), hydration, and rendering strategies .
Drive frontend performance optimization and Core Web Vitals (CWV) improvements.
Design solutions supporting multi-brand and multi-region architectures .
Provide technical leadership across teams and influence engineering decisions.
Mentor engineers and support overall engineering enablement .
Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Communicate technical direction effectively and maintain alignment with key stakeholders.
Lead technical delivery within an Agile delivery environment.
Contribute to technical strategy and roadmaps .
Make sound technical decisions in situations with ambiguity or incomplete information.
Lead complex problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
Support CI/CD and frontend platform delivery .
Contribute to CMS and content-driven architecture , preferably involving Amplience.
Support observability, monitoring, and production support practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
