Job Description

Role: SAP BASIS and Security with HANA DB Consultant

Location: Pune

Who are we looking for?

A person with good knowledge of SAP Basis HANA DB Admin and SAP Security exposure with about 6 to 8 years of experience

Technical Skills:

Good knowledge and Troubleshooting skills in SAP BASIS, Support Pack upgrade, S/4 FPS Upgrade

SAP Application HA

Good understanding of Linux OS

Expert knowledge in HANA Architecture

Must have worked on HANA SCALE-UP and SCLAE-OUT Architecture

Good knowledge of HANA Database in HA Failover/Failback.

Resolving Performance issue, Parameter Tuning

HANA Table Partitioning

SAP System refresh using HANA Database

Run and Analyze HANA Mini Checks

Strong understanding of SAP Security concepts, authorization objects, and role-based access controls.

Perform SAP User Administration and Role Administration activities.

Create and maintain Single, Composite, and Derived Roles.

Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.

Troubleshoot authorization issues using:

ST01

STAUTHTRACE

SUIM

RSECADMIN

PFCG

Support SAP audit and compliance activities.

Working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control modules:

Access Risk Analysis (ARA)

Access Request Management (ARM)

Emergency Access Management (EAM)

Business Role Management (BRM)

Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and mitigation controls.

Participate in compliance and governance initiatives.

Behavioral Skills :

Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate solutions

Lead or work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multifunctional, and addressing complex issues. Should be able to mentor, motivate and train the co-workers. Trusted advisor inside technology area and recognized outside team/technology area.

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction

Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Education qualification: Any Graduate, MBA, MCA, Postgraduate
