Required Experience
4-6 years as Business Analyst.
Exposure to ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements.
Create process maps, user stories, and functional documentation.
Support workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Assist with UAT planning and execution.
Track requirements traceability and project deliverables.
Support CMDB data quality and reporting initiatives.
