Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Engineer – Manufacturing Engineer in Chennai

What a typical day looks like:

Create Work Instruction for New Product and Update Work Instruction for Engineering Changes

Support Cycle time estimation study and NRE estimation (NRE) estimation for Request for Quote (RFQ) preparation

Create Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis for New product

Support for PR Creation and follow-up

Support for NPI and its documentation

Prepare Daily plan / production downtime analysis report, Industrial engineering Cycle time calculation report

Prepare Over all equipment efficiency report (OEE) and Equipment utilization report

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

B.E. (EEE/ECE) graduate with (4-7) years of experience as a NPI/SMT, Process Engineer in Manufacturing set up, Preferably in EMS Industry

Knowledge of electrical and electronic components

Excellent written and oral communication skills MANDATORY.

Working Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel, MS Word)

Good team player

Minimum 4- 7 years of experience as a in a Manufacturing set up, preferably in EMS industry.
