Document Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller with 2–6 years of experience in Document Writing, Document Publication, and Document Management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, controlling, publishing, tracking, and archiving project and engineering documents while ensuring document quality, compliance, and version control

Create, format, review, and publish project and technical documents.

Maintain document control registers and tracking systems.

Ensure proper version control, revision status, and document numbering.

Coordinate with engineering, project, quality, and business teams for document submissions.

Publish and distribute approved documents to stakeholders.

Manage document workflows, approvals, and transmittals.

Maintain accurate records of project documentation and archives.

Support audits by providing required documentation and reports.

Ensure adherence to company procedures and document control standards.

Monitor document status and follow up for pending approvals.

Familiarity with Document Management Systems such as SharePoint, OpenText, Aconex, Teamcenter, Windchill, or similar tools.

Knowledge of project documentation lifecycle and records management.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Educational requirements
