Duties and Responsibilities
• FOS Management:
• Distribution development:
- Distribution mapping by category & manufacturer.
- Build distribution for the business.
- Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in the relationships managed for business development.
• Distribution management:
- Ensure proper distribution coverage through proper FOS mapping.
- Manage channel relationships.
- Ensure process rigor and controllership.
- Visibility @ point of sale
Required Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Should be an MBA with 1 years of experience OR Graduate with minimum 3 yrs of experience
• Prior exposure to FMCG / Telecom Pre-paid sales is mandatory
• For internal candidates, people with Distribution handling roles in Consumer Durables, Digital & LSF roles are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be high on energy & a self starter
• Should have a passion for being out on the field and meeting Retailers.
