EDUCATION

Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline

CERTIFICATIONS

WORK EXPERIENCE

Some prior experience in business management, information systems, or related field
Experience working in banking and/or financial services preferred

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in developing briefing materials, administrative, and logistics support

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be a thought partner with leaders and other internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, planning, and special projects
Collaborate with business partners and leadership to understand gaps and process improvements to enhance business operations
Effectively communicate with management and business partners regarding business risks and opportunities
Coordinate preparation and execution for key meetings, develop presentation materials, coordinate with stakeholders for contributing materials, track post-meeting decisions, outcomes, and action items
Drive progress in executing the overall cyber strategy through analysis, partner management, communication, and ideate recommendations on how to execute strategic goals including:
-Partner with stakeholders to monitor and achieve annual targets
-Identify and drive process improvement initiatives and organizational structure changes
Lead cross-functional projects to make data driven decisions and build consensus with senior leadership across the organization
Provides support in developing and executing the overall cyber strategy
Prepare material for business reviews and other presentations to communicate performance, strategy, and objectives of the business to a broad audience (e.g. quarterly business reviews, annual board reports)
Perform ad-hoc analyses and create effective PowerPoint presentations
