The Controllership Solutions Hub provides strategic and operational support to the Controllership function (Global, local and operation teams) through targeted projects and initiatives. Its mission is to foster collaboration, deliver operational insights, and enable business decision-making. Oversee financial reporting and ensure integrity of all accounting principles and procedures Manage core accounting billing cash and receivables processes Ensure compliance with local and statutory tax compliance rules

A solution that standardizes and automates all types of reconciliations, including general ledger and balance sheet account, bank, credit card, cash, inventory, investment, or any other type of reconciliation.

What are we looking for? • Required Skills

• Strong accounting and tax expertise with a deep understanding of finance processes.

• Proven experience in Controllership operations.

• Proficiency in SAP S4HANA.

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Job Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, documentation, and collaboration efforts for project initiation, including project charters, plans, timelines, and scope definition.

• Evaluate and analyze incoming initiatives and proposals from leadership and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for acceptance or rejection.

• Oversee the execution of assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment and engagement across all relevant stakeholders.

• Partner with technology teams to design and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

• Coordinate and support all phases of user testing and implementation activities.

• Collaborate with change and improvements implementation, connecting with change management team if required.

• Serve as a liaison for stakeholders regarding the existing project portfolio, managing inquiries, and ensuring transparency.

• Develop and deliver reports, metrics, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses aligned with business needs.

• Support the PMO function by providing required metrics and project-related information.

• Be able to support accounting delivery teams when needed.
