About the job
Content Author
Job Description
The Content Author is an entry point into the content team's career path, combining hands-on content authorship with full ownership of the content production process. This role analyzes source material from multiple resources and writes, edits, and updates clear, accurate, customer-facing content, while also performing the technical production tasks — coding, copyreading, merging, rendering, loading, and validating — needed to move that content through the team's systems and into publication. The Content Author works under the guidance of more senior team members while building independent proficiency in the team's content, processes, and systems, with the goal of taking on progressively broader responsibility over time. Specific product knowledge is not required at entry; the role is designed around generalizable content and systems skills that apply across the team's product portfolio.
