Your Work Profile

The Mendix Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise applications using the Mendix low-code platform. This role requires strong expertise in Mendix application development, domain modeling, workflow automation, integrations, and Agile software delivery.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. The role also involves contributing to Mendix best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Mendix developer community.

Key Skills Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.

3–6 years of overall software development experience.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Mendix application development experience.

Mendix Intermediate Developer Certification (mandatory).

Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.

Strong understanding of the complete application lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

Experience developing workflow-based and responsive web applications.

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Self-driven with strong ownership and organizational skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Mendix low-code platform.

Manage the complete application lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and production support.

Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.

Develop and optimize:

Build responsive and user-friendly web applications.

Integrate Mendix applications with:

Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment artifacts.

Support knowledge transfer and technical mentoring activities.

Develop and promote Mendix development standards and best practices.

Collaborate with internal DevOps Centers and cross-functional technology teams.

Embed Mendix applications into the enterprise application ecosystem using APIs and multiple data sources.

Stay updated with the latest Mendix platform capabilities, releases, and industry trends.
